I am writing this letter to acknowledge the exceptional work that your staff performed during the construction of a new 167,000 square Career & Technical Education Training Center. The professionalism, hard work, and dedication demonstrated by your firm were a major factor in getting this building completed on time. Your project team members were very effective in keeping this project moving and specifically satisfying the local Building Department’s last-minute concerns with emergency responder signal strength within the building. The team proactively worked directly with the Building Department while ensuring signal boosters were installed in time for the opening of the facility for the school year. Following and considering the successful resolution of the emergency responder signal issue, the tenant specifically requested the installation of a cell service booster system as well. Once again, the Mann Wireless teams’ performance left us pleased with the results. We are very pleased with the outcome of this project. Your staff was polite, professional, and accommodating. They worked exceptionally well with our tenant and Local Building Department, ensuring their needs were met. Mann Wireless was our vendor of choice for the Public Safety Distributed Antenna System at our Middle School. Our Middle School underwent a large-scale renovation of the entire campus and required amplification of emergency services radio signal as part of the project. Mann Wireless was able to provide the design and installation of a campus-wide system. They were responsive to our request and designed the system to meet our needs. Our town secured a federal grant to provide and install Distributed Antenna Systems in all seven (7) school buildings within our Central School District. Mann Wireless was our vendor of choice for completing this project. Our town’s emergency services recently transferred to the County 800mhz P25 digital trunking radio system. Soon after, it was discovered that many areas within our schools had limited coverage if any. Realizing that school safety is critical, this project was begun. Mann Wireless worked with us from the inception of the idea, provided insight and overview so that we could prepare our grant application. After receiving the federal award, Mann Wireless was the successful bidder and more than accommodated our completion requirements. This bid was awarded toward the end of June 2021. Because our schools undergo cleaning and many construction projects during summer recess, Mann Wireless was able to complete the project in all seven schools prior to the September opening. Mann Wireless worked with contractors that were already providing services within the schools to provide electrical feeds and roof penetrations for example, which resulted in cost savings and seamless installation. This customer was very sensitive from a price and schedule perspective while also being highly technical.
